Far More aims to disrupt the coffee supply chain and assist coffee farmers selling at a loss by creating a digital marketplace that enables these producers to connect directly to overseas buyers. This streamlines the trade process, provides competitively priced products, with greater remuneration to those farmers who were previously a victim of the coffee supply chain skewed towards distributors and wholesalers.
Sebastian Farias is the CEO of Far More with a background in business development in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in relationship management as well as sales and strategic planning. He is a strong sales professional with certifications from the Coffee Quality Institute.
Sebastian is a coffee industry professional with over 10 years’ experience in Australia, Colombia, Malaysia and South Korea. He’s a certified Q-Grader (Coffee Sommelier) and one of only 540 certified Q-Processors globally.
Prior to co-founding Far More, he was Director of Sales for one of Australia's oldest coffee companies and pivotal in their expansion to South East Asia. He has also undertaken extensive social work with rural coffee communities affected by the war in Colombia.
