Elliephant is a B2B gift intelligence solution, designed for enterprise businesses to give meaningful gifts to delight their clients and employees at scale, boosting retention, culture, connection and performance.
Johnny has extensive startup experience in both Australia and Europe. Prior to co-founding Elliephant, he worked in two Australian HR tech businesses (Livehire & The CareerConversation) where he met and worked alongside Sheree.
Prior to Elliephant he led a team to launch and scale a new tech-enabled product at one of the fastest growing businesses in Europe (AlphaSights). Johnny completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne. He also holds two Masters’ Degrees - a MIB fromMelbourne Business School and a MSc in Management and Marketing from Bocconi University.
Outside of work, he loves to travel, learning different languages and enjoys adding to he and Sheree’s“Discover Tornados” (@discovertornados) Instagram page.
