Care Plan 365

Health Technology

Making it easier for providers to effectively treat ADHD through collaborative care.

With us, healthcare providers (GPs, psychiatrists and allied health practitioners) can easily run their own practice (privately bill and process Medicare claims for patients) and collaborate with each other. It enables them to do case conferences to diagnose and treat ADHD more effectively on a shared care plan.
