Nicole is the Senior Product Owner at OET.

She was previously a Product Manager at Redbubble and Carbar, who went through the accelerator program in 2017. She was a co-founder at Honee which completed MAP in 2016.

She is known as The Oracle in companies she's worked at because she is the conduit that connects people and departments.

At Carbar, she looks after product development, internal systems and CX. She is the Product Manager of carbarConenct, Carbar's subscriber-only app. Nicole is especially interested in launching and optimising, BPO services and customer support platforms like Zendesk and Hubspot and anything else that improves agent experience and CX.
