Maddy is an Orthoptist who has worked in the field of Ophthalmology for over 10 years ranging from eye clinics to medical device sales where she helped launch and educate surgeons on some of the top innovations.
Her strong passion for paediatric ophthalmology and her burning desire to make the experience for her own patients more fun and less clinical fuelled her to create Speckles, the first global brand for kids vision needs. Big ideas and creativity come easily to Maddy and you will find her in nature or on a hike when in need of a recharge.
