Lucinda is a marketing and business development executive with 20 years of global experience in developing innovative solutions for the Architecture, Engineering  & Construction (AEC) market.

With extensive experience in strategy, marketing and B2B environments, Lucinda has a holistic view on how to setup and scale a successful business.  Working overseas for 16 years, Lucinda has built and led global teams and understands the challenges of managing and developing a distributed workforce.

Throughout her career, Lucinda has worked collaboratively with different business functions, covering market segmentation, business model formation, pricing, forecasting and GTM.   Her experience also includes acquisition integration.

Lucinda holds a degree and PhD in Applied Science from RMIT University and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.  With a science background and 20 years in industry, Lucinda brings this unique combination to solving real business problems.
