Amanda built the business into a successful multinational brand with over 260 stores across 8 countries with 2500 employees in less than 7 years. This was an extremely fast growth rate for a complex fashion retail brand.
In 2013 Amanda reduced her business commitments in order to pursue academic, philanthropic and community interests, undertaking Melbourne University’s Executive Master of Arts degree. Amanda is a passionate supporter of Social Enterprise, Impact Investment and Entrepreneurship and is working on new projects. In 2014 Amanda established a groundbreaking scholarship program with RMIT to support emerging creative talent in Victoria. The program has awarded scholarships of $20,000 each to three outstanding young Victorian women during 2014 and 2015.
