Velocity Program Manager

Adelide leads the MAP Velocity program as well as working closely with the MAP team to support founders and other initiatives at MAP. Adelide brings a decade of professional experience initiating, leading, managing and delivering innovative social impact solutions, projects and initiatives across Asia, Africa, North America and Australia and has previously worked with organizations like ygap, Foundation for Young Australians and Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights.

Motivated by a need to drive social and economic change, boost entrepreneurial acumen, and build capacity among young people and women,  Adelide is also the co-founder of Kenya-based NGO, Africa Young Entrepreneurs Support Centre, which runs a training program that connects the next generation of Africa's social entrepreneurs to leadership and business training, funding & mentors. She is also an Atlas Corps Fellow; a global network of the world’s best social change leaders.

Adelide holds a Masters degree in Public Policy, a BA in International Studies and a  Prince 2 Project Management certification.
