Having worked in the Silicon Valley, Vinay brings experience in working with some of the largest and fastest growing technology startups in the world. In his role as a Director in PwC’s Melbourne & San Francisco technology practice, he is responsible for the coordination of global engagement teams to assist a range of clients & founders on high profile public reporting matters including financial regulatory compliance, expanding globally, divestitures and venture capital raising activities. Vinay has advised and coordinated the largest technology initial public offerings recorded on both the Australian Stock Exchange & New York Stock Exchange.

He is passionate about supporting startups in their finance transformation journey, and brings a global perspective on business, entrepreneurship, and scalability from pre-funding stages through IPO and acquisition.
