Senior Executive, Sales and Marketing roles over 20 years with Johnson & Johnson, Ortho Diagnostics, Kodak and Millipore followed by 10 years as business owner of a biotechnology start up with focus on genomics, proteomics and high throughput drug screening platforms to aid in drug discovery. Led the biotechnology business into sustained profitability with sales revenues in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and China.

Extensive experience in negotiating outcomes with corporate executives, business principals and academic leaders from Australia, USA, China, Singapore and Malaysia. Highly skilled in adapting approaches to deal making based on empathy and understanding of people at all levels and our cultural differences. Recently obtained a Masters of Teaching, Melbourne University and spent two years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an education consultant in the Kings School.
