Debra was a member of the executive team at Federation Square during 2018 leading the organisation's transformation strategy. She led the strategy development, commissioning and curation of screen content for the landmark Digital Facade project, and developed the site wide event framework to integrate live and digital experiences.Debra has worked at the highest levels of the screen industry in Australia and the UK, consults in the creative industries sector, and has founded and exited a successful digital media business.
Debra is a board director of Film Victoria, which is a leading contributor in shaping the state’s $22.7 billion creative economy, and a former CEO of ScreenWest, the state government screen industry development agency for Western Australia. As a mentor with the Melbourne Accelerator Program (MAP) at the University of Melbourne, she advises and supports new start-ups in venture planning and strategy
